About Mme Voici Voilà
I create these resources to support teachers who, like me, want to:
- save time
- offer engaging lessons
- and give French back the joy and place it deserves in the classroom.
I've been teaching French for years, and along the way I've had the chance to teach French Immersion, Core French and FSL at many different levels. Today I mostly teach at the secondary level (grades 9–12), often with multiple groups and levels in a single day.
Like many teachers, I spent a long time looking online for resources to help me plan my lessons. But too often I'd find material that wasn't engaging — or designed by well-meaning creators who didn't always know the subtleties of French or what teaching it actually looks like in a real classroom.
So I started making my own resources.

Why I make my own resources
My goal has always been simple
Make French feel alive, accessible and enjoyable to learn — for students AND for teachers.
I know what it's like to juggle multiple levels, multiple groups and very little prep time. I also know how frustrating it is to want to do things well… without having the right tools.
That's why I make resources that are clear, structured and truly ready to use — so teachers can focus on what really matters: teaching, and connecting with their students.
What keeps me going
One moment particularly stayed with me this year. An 11th-grade student who had been taking French for years was very shy about speaking. He spoke rarely, hesitantly, and always felt he wasn't being understood.
Little by little, thanks to activities that let him express himself without pressure, his confidence grew. At the end of the year, he came to thank me — telling me that, for the first time, people could actually understand him in French.
It's for moments like that one that I do this work.
